  1. I’ve done this with 13.32 kw thats 36 pannels that are rated at 0.37kw each they are angeled south at 70 degrees. A 37kwh flooded lead acid battery keeps us going in the dark. There are times when I’ve to run a generator in the winter but not as often as I expected. We have freezers using 4kwh per day if we didn’t have them then we wouldn’t need the backup generator.
